A sleeveless t-shirt, with a sparkley star
It has no opening, so has to go on over her head, thankfully t-shirt is stretchy
the skirt has two layers, a silky top and fluffy ruffles below
a big bow for embellishment
whilst that is a lot of skirt
the top part only just covers her undies, the bottom is see through, so am thinking maybe an underskirt, or leggings or shorts,
for now she is wearing thick white pantihose (and she put her coat back on)
definitely the Ringleader at a circus
the little silver shoes are made out of material with a silver thread through it
