My first thought was that these are RM Williams boots, so I went a looking on google, and found the RM Williams website. This is an Australian shoe and clothing company. The boots are Craftsman boots. I believe the tabs at the front and back are to help with slipping the shoe on
And to make it easier Australian Girl have had a velcro seam put in instead.

That's Trinity's foot in there - Australian Girl feet are longer
The yellow long sleeve shirt - bit see through
Has a pocket, the spoon was mine, and not included in the original packaging (Disney's The Little Mermaid that I had once, came with a fork, so anything is possible (hers was part of the story though)), don't question the choice, there's no logical answer.
The shirt has press studs
and the Australian Girl label sewn on an inner side seam

The trousers have side elastic
a press stud for the waist
and a velcro fly
The yellow hair ribbon was sewn onto the plastic band that was securing her hair
