Happy American Girl day July 4th 2015 - a birthday present

The present we briefly sighted in an earlier post, has not been forgotten, just delayed (but not since Xmas despite the seasonal gift wrap).

We decided to unwrap outside in the sun, under the supervision of Albert the Cat

Llewellyn noticed a little tear in the wrapping paper at the top, put in her hand and pulled out a shirt

It's a  Build A Bear shirt, with red sleeves, one of my favourite colours

so the only thing to do

dive in head first

Yes there are those Journey Girl H's but massively big ones that support the box around the coated wiring. There are 4 of these. The helmet has its own plastic encasing, which is sticky taped onto the back of the box, easiest Journey Girls undo ever.

 the seat is white, and has a fabric cover, that has an elasticised opening to help it stay on.

helmet fits, the chin strap was adjustable and fits when pulled out to its maximum length
