Day #6 Waikiki Beach

It was Friday, our last day, and well to be honest we were tired. We decided no more shopping, (outside of food) no more bus rides to shops or unopen attractions, just a day to relax, well mostly.

We went for a walk along the beach.

 

 

To help prevent erosion there are several breakwalls along the beach. 

 

Maddie tried the waves off the rocks

And the waves straight onto the sand

Along the beach roadside are several water features, this one had a surfer and seal, the girls joined the picture

and the spectacular whooshes

washing the sand and salt away

 

to put on shoes, and climb trees...
