With an invitation to go Op Shopping too good to refuse, Peggy came over and Natasha tagged along.
And met her cousins, (by face mold) Josefina and Llewellyn
all strapped in for the ride in the car
Mercedes was invited along today, she and Natasha got on so well talking non stop about the new school year. Mercedes' favourite classes are Maths and Science (only because witchcraft and wizardry are not taught in moggle schools), Natasha's are Science and Maths.

First stop was the Macadamia Farm at the other end of town. It was definitely morning tea time.

They had free roaming chickens. I don't think they were very keen on being followed though.

nuts in a tree |
Time was marching on though, and some of the op shops only stayed open until 12, so we headed off . Due to customer privacy I guess, or rather the sign on the door, photographing wasn't permitted in most of the shops, do the next hour or two was spent browsing and buying and eatting (yeah I know, again, but it was soo yummy - kebabs)

Gazebo by the Hunter River |
The Terrace is on the banks of the Hunter River, quite a pleasant spot, even despite the aroma greeting us from the cow paddocks on the other side.

it looks so nice, can we go for a swim? |
They even trawl the river for fish and prawns
|
Hey Peggy do the sharks that have been in the news come up the river?
They very well might, the river is connected to the ocean.
Can we go to the pool now? |
And we went home again, the shark free blow up pool in the garage just the thing.
Natasha and Peggy had a wonderful day, great outing, good food and some great bargains too. After a busy outing, what better than a dip in Kaf run's cool pool
